Dr. Valerie Vick is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing solely in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, eyebrows, tear ducts, and orbits. In addition, Dr. Vick performs endoscopic browlifts and laser skin resurfacing. Dr. Vick attended medical school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. After completing residency in ophthalmology at the University of Tennessee, she continued her training in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery at Washington University in Saint Louis and Saint Louis University.
Dr. Vick’s training and expertise have contributed to her being ? featured in several local newspapers, radio shows, and television appearances. The World Cataract Foundation has recognized her for her work on mission trips to Mexico.

Katie Davidson, Paramedical Skin Care Specialist
Katie Davidson is the Skin Care Specialist at Premier Medical. She was trained at Florida College of Natural Health in Orlando, Fl. & has an Associate of Science Degree with a concentration in Paramedical Skin Care. She has attended multiple trainings in Obagi & Skinceuticals skin care products. She specializes in the treatment of acne, aging skin, & a variety of laser treatments.
Ginny A. Vanek, ADN, R.N
Ginny is a native of Mobile and has been employed with Premier Medical for over 6 years. She received her Associates degree in Nursing from Faulkner State Community College and is registered with the Alabama Board of Nursing .She studied the art and science of facial aesthetics and cosmetics from Pensacola Junior College and is certified as a Facial Specialist. She has also attended multiple trainings in Obagi skin care products.
Heather Mooney, ADN, C.O.A
Heather is a native of Mobile, AL. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Bishop State Community College. Heather has been employed with Premier Medical for over 11 years and is the office coordinator for Dr. Valerie Vick. During her employment, she has gained training and experience in all subspecialties of ophthalmology and is certified as an ophthalmic assistant. She also coordinates surgery and appointment scheduling.
Julie Dubose, C.O.A
Julie is a native of Mobile. She has been employed with Premier Medical for over 10 years. During her employment, she has gained training and experience in all subspecialties of ophthalmology and has become certified as an ophthalmic assistant.
Chris Garcia, C.O.T.
Chris is native of Honolulu, Hawaii. She has worked in all subspecialties of opthalmology. For 23 years, she assisted in a variety of eye surgery. Her main focus is working in occular plastics and retina.
